The Federal Bureau of Investigation has announced a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Keith Michael Lisa, who is wanted in connection with an incident involving the destruction of federal property and possession of a dangerous weapon inside a U.S. court facility.

According to the FBI, Lisa allegedly attempted to enter the Peter W. Rodino Federal Building in Newark on November 12, 2025, while carrying a baseball bat. After being denied entry by security personnel, he reportedly discarded the bat and later re-entered the building.

Once inside, investigators say he proceeded to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, where he allegedly caused damage to government property.

A federal arrest warrant for Lisa was issued on November 13, 2025, by the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is charged with Possession of a Dangerous Weapon in a Federal Facility and Depredation of Federal Property.

The FBI is urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward immediately. Individuals can submit tips anonymously through the FBI’s tip line or contact their nearest field office.

Authorities warn the public not to approach Lisa and to report sightings promptly.
