US embassy in Riyadh condemns Houthi attack on Jazan
The US embassy in Riyadh has condemned the attack in Yemen.
The embassy in its statement on Monday urged the Iran-backed Houthi militias to stop attacking Saudi Arabia’s southern Jazan region.
According to the statement, five civilians were injured when a Houthi projectile struck Jazan overnight.
“We call on the Houthis to stop attacking innocent civilians and to engage in the diplomatic process to end this conflict,” the embassy urged.
