President Weah hosts football legends in Africa at an event in Monrovia

The liberian President, George Weah, has hosted football legends in Africa at an event in Monrovia.

This president disclosed this via his Facebook page while sharing pictures form the event on Sunday April 17, 2022.

“Some photos from the opening of the Invincible Park in Monrovia,” the president wrote.

He added, “Thanks to all the soccer greats that were present for this remarkable event. Your Presence at this momentous occasion is a testament of your love for the game, the promotion of development through sports and a show of solidarity with the Liberian people. We are extremely grateful.”

“God bless you all and our great Nation Liberia. Happy Easter to you all,” he prayed.

Commending the president’s initiative, a Liberian, Emmanuel Grant, commented, “Congratulations President George Manneh Weah for great job well done.

“My sincerest best wishes to you and all these great Legends who Celebrated with us the Liberian People. We are very excited and grateful to everyone who made it possible and successful!”

Also, a Liberian, Abraham Ballah, praised the president for coming up with such an initiative.

“Mr. President and King George, you are a blessing to this great country Liberia and the entire world at large,” Ballah wrote.

He added, “Under your dynamic leadership as president, there is an unprecedented progress when it comes to development within Liberia.

“Keep up the good work. 2023, my entire family and I will vote as president.”

Also, another Liberian, Abraham Ballah, praised the president for coming up with such an initiative.
